12:30pm - 1:00pm: Welcome drink in the restaurant, you will receive a brief overview of your cruise.

08:30: Go back to Rosy Cruise and pack your bags.
09:15: Check-in, payment of bills and return of room keys at the reception

Case 1:
Due to weather conditions on the day of departure, the ship is not issued a night sleep order, Party A will notify Party B of the cancellation of the cruise and will refund the money if the guest has paid in advance. In case guests have to change from 3 days 2 nights itinerary to 2 days 1 night cruise, the price will be calculated according to the 2 days 1 night program and plus the difference in fare between 2 days 1 night and 3 days 2 nights because of this. Due to force majeure, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded to Lan Ha Bay Management Board.
Case 2:
Due to weather conditions on the day of departure, the ship was not issued an overnight order but was given an order to sail during the day. Visitors can choose one of the following two options:
a) Tourists will visit the bay during the day and return during the day. The price of the tour will be converted into a day tour of Lan Ha Bay and that price will be calculated according to the Lan Ha tour of the day. Party A will notify Party B in advance of the specific amount
b) Tourists do not visit the bay during the day. Party A will provide free transportation service and bring guests back to Hanoi, the cost of meals on the way back will be paid by the guests themselves.

What time do you arrive back at the Tuan Chau Marina after the cruise? I plan to take flight to Da Nang from Hanoi which leaves at 5pm for the experience. Is this possible?

Hi Mr Otis, normal cruise back to Tuan Chau habour is 11h30. Then you can arrange another private transfer to Noi Bai airport so should be arrive at 3h30. It s will be ok.
