However, in 1947, due to the impact of the war, Kien Trung Palace was completely destroyed, leaving only the foundation.
After more than 4 years of restoration with a large amount of funding, Kien Trung Palace has been restored with consultation from the Hue Imperial Citadel Preservation Center.
In addition to reproducing the original architecture, surrounding flower gardens have also been planted to create a more romantic and perfect space for visitors.
